Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our labels. Each design is curated for thoughtful homes and beautifully stocked pantries. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns on unopened and unused label sets within 14 days of delivery. As our labels are designed to be handled with care, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Exchanges

Should your product arrive defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Simply send a photo and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
